These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stick It Daddio LLC website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

All sales are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment details.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 4 business days.
We ship within the United States using USPS.
Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.
Custom stickers or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at stickitdaddio25@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and processed.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and images on our website are the property of Stick It Daddio LLC and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stick It Daddio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Shipping & Material Information
MATERIAL
Our vinyl decals are made from durable, high-quality, UV and water resistant, Oracal 651 vinyl and can be applied to just about any clean, smooth surface. Place your decal on a car window, laptop, iPad, cell phone, or any other smooth, clean surface you can think of!
(Not suitable for: rough, uneven, porous, highly-textured surfaces (brick, stucco, fabric, etc.). The decal comes with high-quality transparent application tape for easy installation. These are designed to last up to 6+ years.
DECAL PRODUCTION TIME
Each decal is custom and made to order. This means we don't stock decals. Our current production time is around 2-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
FREE SHIPPING
Our decals are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail® Estimated delivery is within 2 - 7 business days.
If your decal is over 12" you will receive a free upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage® and will include tracking. Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
NOTE: USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us since they are controlled by the postal service. The shipping time does not include the time it takes to produce the decals. Any shipping delays caused by the carrier are not our responsibility.
**It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If a shipment is not delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we can reship the package with the corrected address at the customer’s expense.**
IMPORTANT
We are not responsible for incorrect installation by the customer. We will not refund or replace a decal that has been damaged by the customer. Detailed installation instructions are included with each order. It is very important that those instructions are followed for a trouble-free installation. Professional installation of your decal is highly recommended.
Please note, that other vinyl brands may be substituted if necessary.
